Hey, I’m Colette. I’m a busy stay at home mom to 3 little terrors – Finlay is 9, Makayla is 7 and my little mini me Felicity is 2. I am an extremely proud Air Force wife to my very supportive husband Jamie and I’m very blessed to have him by my side in life. We are currently stationed at Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas with the hope and dreams to move coastal one day. I created this blog to help inspire and motivate other people to live the healthiest version of life that they can. I did not know what would happen after I took my first sip in 2017. The cool aid sounded good for sure but I was an extreme skeptic. Did I know it was going to be life changing in all aspects? Nope. But I took the chance anyway. Because when something is backed my a ton of science and research, I geek out of that stuff 🤓 The fact we are a military family and this was designed for the department of defence for the navy seals, made it even more magical. It’s changing my health for the better, it’s given me patience (less hot head mama moments) and just made me feel ALIVE! . Pizza Zucchini Bites look the BOMB 🤩🤤 Perfect side dish or snack!!! . Ingredients 2 large zucchini 1/2 cup low carb pizza or tomato sauce 1 teaspoon oregano 2 cups mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup parmesan cheese pizza toppings as desired . Instructions Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking pan with foil and set aside. Slice Zucchini 1/4" thick and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Top zucchini slices with pizza sauce, oregano, cheese and your favorite pizza toppings. Bake 5min or until zucchini is tender. Broil 5min or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
